I started my journey in 2006, graduating with my BSN in 2009. I thoroughly enjoyed mental health in my undergraduate studies and although I went into family studies first, I knew that I would eventually circle back around to mental health. I became a family nurse practitioner in 2015 and worked in plastics/reconstruction, urgent care, and even aesthetics. I went back to school for my mental health degree during Covid and completed end of 2022.
I look forward to meeting you and walking with you on your mental health journey.
To offer culturally competent mental health services (via both in person and Telehealth) in the state of Nebraska. Clients ages 19 and older, providing medication management services in a non judgmental setting.

Post traumatic stress disorder

Schizophrenia/Schizoaffective disorder

Award Health does not accept any insurance. However, the practitioner is board certified in family medicine and mental health as well. AWARD Health offers concierge medicine, there are different types of pricing plans available for clients to choose from.
Award Health focuses on adult medication management, there are not any therapists onsite currently. Limited psychotherapy available during sessions.
Please reach out to your pharmacy first for medication refills, if no refills remaining, send an email to the above email address. Allow up to 48 hours for response. If you are overdue for a follow up appointment, refills will not be approved.
A client must have an existing diagnosis of ADHD from a mental health professional. If there is not a diagnosis, neuropsychological testing will be required prior to prescribing of any stimulant medications.
Appointments must be cancelled within 24 hours. If you are unable to make your appointment, you must email the address above, or text to 402-890-8160. If the appointment is not canceled within the 24 hour timeframe, there will be a charge of $50. If the first appointment with the provider is a no show appointment, these will not be rescheduled.
